I got my first Mac in 1986. It was an SE-30. It had a 40 MB (yes, MEGA-Byte) HD and 2 MB of RAM. It cost $3,456.12. I was hooked.

I remember those first years, staying up until 2:00 am, playing with all the latest shareware, reading all the Mac magazines cover-to-cover... Wait...nothing’s changed (except my hairline)! :-(

I started HappyMacs consulting back in 1999. Good times. Good times. We had just spent 500+ man hours protecting our company from the Y2K bug that never was. But you know how stockholders can be... ;-)

HappyMacs has been going strong supporting Mac users and Mac-based small businesses in San Diego county for many years now. We hope this podcast will help you “keep the faith” and find a few interesting tid-bits for your Mac life. Or, if you are still stuck using a PeeCee there is hope.
